Why I Host Office Hours
At the time this article was published, I set aside time every Tuesday for open office hours. The sessions created space for founders, engineers, and creators to bring questions, bounce ideas around, or simply get feedback on their work.
Hosting office hours keeps me grounded and connected to the challenges people face. It also holds me accountable: talking to others forces me to articulate my thinking clearly and pushes me to stay current. The conversations have led to new collaborations and unexpected insights.
